Description

The Sync Energy EVL7PSG is a LINK smart Mode 3 EV charger with a Type 2 socket, designed for recessed or surface-mounted installations in residential and light commercial applications. Its slimline socket design allows recessed installation with only 37mm depth, helping to achieve a neat and modern finish.

Delivering up to 7.4kW from a 220-240V single-phase supply, the EVL7PSG offers configurable charging current from 6A to 32A. Smart charging is managed through the Sync Energy App, with Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity, OCPP 1.6J support, Auto Solar Charging and dynamic load management using the supplied load management kit.

The EVL7PSG combines a UV-resistant polycarbonate control box with an aluminium socket section. It includes integrated 30mA Type A RCD protection, 6mA DC leakage detection, overcurrent and overvoltage protection. With IP65 protection, IK08 impact resistance for the control box and IK10 for the socket, it provides a robust and flexible EV charging solution.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
