Pylontech LV-HUB Low Voltage Energy Storage System Hub

The Pylontech LV-HUB is a low voltage energy storage system hub designed to act as the central communication link between multiple 48V battery banks connected in parallel. It enables multiple battery modules to be controlled as one integrated system, resulting in an efficient and reliable energy storage solution for larger installations.

The LV-HUB supports both CAN and RS485 communication interfaces, ensuring seamless coordination between connected battery banks. It can manage up to 5 parallel battery strings, with each string supporting a maximum of 8 modules (US2000B Plus, US3000, or US5000), offering a maximum storage capacity of up to 460.8 kWh.

Operating at 48 Vdc with a system consumption of 2W, the unit is housed in a compact 442×150×44 mm enclosure with IP20 protection rating. It features a 15-year operational lifespan and operates reliably across -20 to +60°C, with extended storage temperature range of -40 to +80°C.
