GoodWe GW3K-DNS-G40 3kW Single-Phase String Inverter with Dual MPPT

The GoodWe GW3K-DNS-G40 is a fourth-generation single-phase string inverter designed for residential solar installations. It features dual MPPT trackers, supports up to 200% PV oversizing, and allows a maximum input current of 20A per string, making it compatible with the latest high-power PV modules.

This inverter delivers a maximum efficiency of 98.1% (European efficiency 97.2%) and is 30% lighter than comparable models at just 9.2 kg. It operates quietly (<25 dB) with integrated protections including PV string current monitoring, insulation resistance detection, residual current monitoring, and Type II DC and AC surge protection. Optional features include AI-driven Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI) 3.0 and a built-in Rapid Shutdown 2.0 transmitter.

The inverter supports flexible system expansion via the EzLink3000 smart dongle and integrates multiple communication protocols (RS485, WiFi, LAN, Bluetooth, 4G) with Modbus and Sunspec support. It features an IP66 ingress protection rating, allowing both indoor and outdoor installation, and includes a built-in power supply at night function for enhanced energy management.
