Wir bemühen uns, Ihre Bestellung so schnell wie möglich zu liefern (7–10 Werktage). Die Lieferung erfolgt über einen externen Logistikpartner an die beim Checkout angegebene Adresse. Lieferung spätestens 30 Tage nach Bestätigung.

Wie hoch sind die Versandkosten?

Die Versandkosten werden anhand des Bestellumfangs und der Lieferadresse berechnet. In einigen Fällen ist der Versand ab einem bestimmten Bestellvolumen kostenlos. Etwaige Versandkosten werden vor Abschluss der Bestellung transparent im Checkout angezeigt.

Kann ich meine Bestellung zurücksenden?

Ja. Sie können Produkte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt zurücksenden. Bitte stellen Sie zunächst einen Rücksendeantrag (Formular oder E‑Mail). Nach Bestätigung muss die Ware innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückgesendet werden, möglichst in Originalverpackung und im gleichen Zustand.

Ja. Für Rücksendungen gilt eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 5 % des Gesamtbestellwerts. Die Rücksendekosten tragen Sie. Nach Prüfung der Ware wird der verbleibende Betrag innerhalb von 7 Tagen erstattet.

Kann ich meine Bestellung stornieren oder ändern?

Eine Stornierung ist nur möglich, bevor die Bestellung verarbeitet wurde, und muss schriftlich erfolgen.
