Solis S6-GC125K 125kW Three-Phase Grid-Tied Inverter with AFCI

The Solis S6-GC125K-AFCI is a 125 kW three-phase transformerless grid-tied inverter designed for large-scale commercial solar installations. It features 10 MPP trackers with 20 input strings, achieving maximum efficiency of 98.7% and supporting DC/AC ratios exceeding 150%. The inverter is rated for 189.9 A output current at 3/PE 480 V configuration.

Safety and reliability are core features, including integrated AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter) protection that proactively reduces fire risk, IP66 ingress protection, and string-level monitoring with intelligent I-V curve scanning. The unit supports optional PID recovery for enhanced system yield and power line communication (PLC) capabilities.

The inverter weighs 96 kg and measures 1014 × 567 × 345 mm. It operates across a wide MPPT voltage range (160–1000 V) with a maximum input voltage of 1100 V, making it compatible with modern bifacial modules at high string currents up to 21 A. Communication is available via RS485 or optional external modules.
