Vendor account and listings

• Company, product, price, stock and delivery information must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
• Search4Solar may suspend or remove listings or accounts that are consistently inaccurate or incomplete.

Payment and invoicing

Vendor invoices are paid within the agreed payment term, normally within 14 days of the invoice date unless another written agreement applies. Prices are supplied excluding VAT unless agreed otherwise.

Product quality and delivery

• Products must be new, in original undamaged packaging and compliant with the manufacturer specification unless agreed otherwise.
• The vendor confirms requests within 24 hours and provides delivery information after acceptance.
• The vendor supports aftersales, returns, warranty handling and technical questions for its products.

Liability and applicable law

The vendor is responsible for claims caused by defective, incorrect or non-conforming products and indemnifies Search4Solar against relevant third-party claims. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
