Refund and returns policy

Requesting a return

Submit a return request within 14 days after receipt through the platform or via sales@search4solar.com. Include the order number, product and reason for return.

Conditions

• Products must be unused and returned in original, undamaged packaging.
• Custom-made or specially procured products cannot normally be returned.
• Return transport is paid by the customer unless a different agreement applies.
• A 5% handling fee may apply, with a minimum of €25 where applicable.

Refunds

A refund is processed after the vendor has received and approved the returned goods and has refunded Search4Solar. Search4Solar will then refund the customer using the original payment route where possible.
