Description

The Solis S6-EH3P100K10-NV-YD-H is a three-phase hybrid energy storage inverter rated at 100 kW AC output, designed for large-scale commercial and industrial PV installations with battery backup capability. It features 10 MPPT trackers with 20 input strings, supporting PV input up to 200 kW and high-voltage lithium-ion battery systems (300–950 V) with dual battery ports and up to 200 A charge/discharge capability.

The inverter combines DC and AC coupling flexibility, enabling seamless retrofit and system expansion. Key technical capabilities include a maximum PV input voltage of 1000 V, transformerless topology, and 97.6% maximum efficiency. It supports grid-tie, off-grid, and hybrid modes with backup-switch time under 10 ms, 160% overload capacity for 200 ms in off-grid mode, and intelligent load management. Battery reserve and smart port features allow integration with multiple energy sources including grid-tied inverters, diesel generators, and wind turbines.

Built for durability with IP66 protection, operating temperature range of −25 to +60 °C, and a 7-inch industrial touchscreen display. Communication options include CAN, RS485, Ethernet, and optional Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity. Supports up to 10 units in parallel (power distribution cabinet recommended for more than 6 units). When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
