The Masterplug EVCM221605G/EU is a portable Mode 2 EV charger designed for convenient charging of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids from a standard EU Schuko socket. This model features a 5m Type 2 charging cable, making it a practical solution for home charging, travelling or situations where a dedicated wall charger is not available.

The charger operates from a 220-240V single-phase supply and offers configurable charging current from 6A to 16A, with charging power up to 3.6kW. The integrated LCD display provides clear charging information, including voltage, temperature, energy delivered, charging current, power output and connection time.

Built for safe and reliable use, the EVCM221605G/EU includes integrated Type A RCD protection with 30mA AC and 6mA DC detection, together with protection against short-circuit, overheating and overload. The control box is weather-resistant, rated IP66 when connected, IP55 when not in use and IP65 when the end cap is fitted. Its UV-resistant polycarbonate construction provides a robust and lightweight design for regular indoor and outdoor use.
