Description

The Huawei SUN2000-115KTL-M2 is a transformerless three-phase string inverter rated at 115 kW nominal AC active power, designed for large commercial and small utility-scale photovoltaic installations. It features 10 independent MPPT trackers with support for up to 2 inputs per tracker, a maximum efficiency of 98.8% at 480 V, and IP66-rated protection for outdoor deployment.

Key features include string-level DC management with smart arc fault detection, integrated surge arresters for both DC and AC circuits, and comprehensive communication options via RS485, USB, 4G, and WLAN. The inverter supports flexible power factor adjustment (0.8 leading to 0.8 lagging) and integrates DC insulation resistance detection alongside residual current monitoring and anti-islanding protection.

Housed in a compact wall-mounted enclosure (1,035 × 700 × 365 mm, ≤93 kg), the inverter operates across a wide temperature range (-25°C to +60°C) and can be configured for either 400 V or 480 V three-phase output at 50 Hz or 60 Hz grid frequency. Smart air cooling maintains efficiency, with nighttime power consumption below 3.5 W.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
