Description
The GoodWe GW40K-SDT-30 is a three-phase string inverter designed for commercial and industrial PV systems with high-power modules. It features 4 MPPT trackers with 8 input strings, a maximum output power of 40 kW, and achieves 98.6% maximum efficiency with 97.7% European efficiency.
The inverter incorporates integrated protection including Type II DC and AC surge protection, anti-islanding, residual current monitoring, and optional AFCI 3.0 for enhanced arc fault detection. Optional PID recovery and power supply at night functions are available for additional system flexibility.
Communication options include RS485, WiFi, LAN, Bluetooth, and optional 4G connectivity for remote monitoring and management. The inverter operates silently with smart fan cooling and is rated for altitudes up to 4000 m in temperatures from −30 °C to +60 °C.
