Description

The GoodWe GW29.9K-ET-4 is a three-phase hybrid high-voltage inverter rated at 29.9kW nominal apparent power output, designed for large residential, small commercial, and industrial applications with energy storage. It features up to 3 MPPTs with 6 DC inputs, a maximum DC input power of 45kW, and support for battery voltage ranges from 200V to 850V with maximum battery-to-AC efficiency of 97.5%.

The inverter provides integrated smart control and monitoring capabilities including peak shaving, dry contact for external loads (such as heat pumps), Type II DC surge protection, and optional AFCI functionality. It delivers uninterruptible backup power with maximum output apparent power of 30kVA, ideal for critical loads, and includes integrated anti-islanding, reverse polarity, and AC protection features.

Housed in a compact wall-mounted enclosure with IP66 rating, the ET 29.9K-ET operates across a wide temperature range (-35°C to +60°C) and features smart fan cooling. It integrates Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity for remote monitoring and includes the GM3000 gateway and 120A current transformers. Compliance includes EN-50549, IEC 62109, and IEC 61727 standards.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
