Description

The GoodWe GW15K-SDT-30 is a 15kW three-phase string inverter designed for high-power PV modules in residential and small commercial systems. Part of the SDT G3 series, it features 2 MPPTs with a maximum input current of 22A per string and delivers a maximum AC output power of 16.5kW. The inverter achieves 98.2% European efficiency and operates silently with natural convection cooling in the 8kW model and smart fan cooling in higher ratings.

The inverter includes integrated protection for PV strings, insulation resistance, residual current monitoring, reverse polarity, anti-islanding, and AC overcurrent/short-circuit protection. Optional Type II surge protection is available for both AC and DC sides, along with optional AFCI 3.0 functionality. Communication options include RS485, WiFi, LAN, 4G, or Bluetooth.

Smart energy management features enable load control and 24-hour load consumption monitoring via GoodWe accessories. The compact design (491 × 392 × 210 mm) and weight of 16.2 kg ensure easy installation. The inverter operates across a temperature range of −30 to +60 °C with an IP66 rating and non-isolated topology.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
