About Search4Solar  
Search4Solar is a young, dynamic, and rapidly growing company in the   
renewable energy sector. Our mission is to accelerate the energy transition   
by connecting the right solar solutions with the right partners. We are now   
expanding our sales force in Spain and are seeking a motivated Sales Agent   
to strengthen our team.

 
Position Summary  
The Sales Agent will be responsible for developing new business   
opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales in the   
Spanish solar PV market. This role requires a results-driven individual with a   
strong network of solar PV installers and EPCs, and a proven track record in   
sales within the solar distribution sector.  


Key Responsibilities  
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the solar   
PV market  
• Actively manage relationships with solar installers, EPCs, and other   
stakeholders  
• Execute prospection activities, including cold calling and lead   
generation  
• Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to negotiation and   
closing deals  
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company  
• Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and pipeline   
development  
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to align sales   
strategies with company growth objectives  
• Represent Search4Solar in industry events, trade fairs, and   
networking activities  


Requirements  
• Age: 30–50 years  
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the solar PV   
industry  
• Previous experience with a solar PV distributor is a big plus  
• Strong personal network of installers and EPCs in Spain  
• Demonstrated ability as a deal closer with excellent negotiation skills  
• Comfortable with prospection activities (including cold calling)  
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote   
environment  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Experience working with Hubspot is a plus but not mandatory  
• Fluency in Spanish and English
