The Masterplug EVCM221610G/EU is a portable Mode 2 EV charger designed for flexible charging of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids from a standard EU Schuko socket. This model features a 10m Type 2 charging cable, providing extended reach where the vehicle is parked further away from the power socket.

Operating from a 220-240V single-phase supply, the charger provides configurable charging current from 6A to 16A, with charging power up to 3.6kW. The integrated LCD status display allows the user to monitor key charging information, including voltage, temperature, total energy delivered, charging current, power output and connection time.

The EVCM221610G/EU includes built-in safety protection, with an integrated Type A RCD, 30mA AC protection and 6mA DC detection, as well as protection against short-circuit, overheating and overload. The control box is dust and weather-resistant, rated IP66 when connected, IP55 when not in use and IP65 when the end cap is fitted. Its UV-resistant polycarbonate body offers a durable, portable solution for regular use at home, while travelling or as an emergency charging option.
