Huawei SUN2000-150K-MG0 150kW 3-Phase Inverter with SPD1

The Huawei SUN2000-150K-MG0 is a transformerless three-phase inverter rated at 150 kW nominal AC active power, designed for large commercial and small utility-scale solar installations. It features seven independent MPPT trackers with up to three inputs per tracker, delivering a maximum output current of 253.2 A at 380 V nominal output.

The inverter achieves maximum efficiency of 98.8% at 480 V and includes comprehensive protection features: integrated arc fault detection (AFCI), PV ground-fault protection, smart string-level disconnectors, PID recovery, and anti-islanding protection. The SPD1 variant incorporates Type II surge protection for both DC and AC sides, with optional Type I/II DC surge arresters available.

Communications include RS485, USB, and optional 4G/WLAN connectivity via Smart Dongle. The unit operates at -25°C to +60°C with IP66 protection and smart air cooling, suitable for altitudes up to 4,000 m. Mounting dimensions are 1,000 × 710 × 395 mm with weight under 99 kg.
