GoodWe GW20K-ETA-G20 20kW Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter

The GoodWe GW20K-ETA-G20 is a 20 kW three-phase hybrid inverter designed for grid-tied and backup applications. It features 4 independent MPPT trackers with 4 input strings, supporting DC input voltages up to 1000V with a nominal MPPT operating range of 120–950V. The inverter delivers a maximum AC output power of 20 kW at 380V/400V three-phase configuration with integrated UPS capability and seamless grid-to-backup switching in under 4 ms.

Built for outdoor installation with IP66 ingress protection and advanced safety features including integrated AFCI, residual current monitoring, PV insulation detection, and Type II DC surge protection. The system supports high-voltage LFP batteries (700–950V operating range) and is compatible with GoodWe ESA battery modules (5.1 kWh and 8.3 kWh), enabling modular energy storage expansion. Communication interfaces include WiFi, LAN, and Bluetooth for remote monitoring and control, with support for Modbus-RTU and Modbus-TCP protocols.

Operating temperature range of −35 to +60 °C, intelligent fan cooling maintains noise below 40 dB. The unit weighs 34 kg and measures 800 × 340 × 270 mm, suitable for wall or floor mounting. Maximum efficiency reaches 98.1% with European efficiency of 97.3%.
