GoodWe Lynx U G3 LXU 5.0-30 Low Voltage Battery 5 kWh LiFePO4

The GoodWe Lynx U G3 Series is a low-voltage lithium battery system designed for residential PV self-consumption and backup applications. It features LiFePO4 (LFP) cell technology with 5 kWh usable energy capacity, a nominal voltage of 51.2 V, and supports maximum continuous charging and discharging rates of 90 A and 100 A respectively, delivering 4.95 kW continuous power.

The battery offers flexible installation options with wall mounting or ground mounting capability and can be expanded up to 30 modules in parallel for a total system capacity of 150 kWh. Optional heating technology enables operation at temperatures as low as −20 °C, while integrated fire suppression protection meets the highest safety standards. The system achieves a round-trip efficiency of ≥96% and cycle life exceeding 6000 cycles at 70% state of health with 90% depth of discharge.

Weighing 50 kg per unit with dimensions of 460 × 580 × 160 mm and IP65 enclosure protection, the battery communicates via CAN protocol and is compatible with GoodWe EM/ES and BP series inverters. It operates on-grid, on-grid with backup, or off-grid, making it suitable for diverse residential energy management scenarios.
