Dyness STACK280 SBDU + Standard Base

Overview

The Dyness STACK280 SBDU (Standard Battery Distribution Unit) plus Standard Base is the control hub of every STACK280 cluster. It contains the battery management system, DC main breaker, inverter communication interface, parallel-cluster ports, and the integrated WiFi module for the OTA-capable mobile app. STACK280 battery modules cannot operate without it.

Key Features

• Centralized battery management: integrated BMS monitors cell voltage balancing, current, temperature, SOC and SOH for the whole cluster.
• Plug-and-play stack interface: battery modules stack onto the SBDU with composite blind-mate connectors. No inter-module wiring.
• DC main breaker with short-circuit protection.
• CAN and RS485 RJ45 communication ports for the inverter.
• Parallel In / Parallel Out ports to link up to 12 clusters.
• Built-in WiFi module with APP OTA support.
• Aerosol fire suppression control for the entire cluster.
• Wake button + Power switch for safe start-up sequencing.
