Jolywood has presented a new double-sided solar panel at the Chinese solar energy trade fair SNEC. The bifacial PV module is part of the Niwa solar panel series and has a power of 615 watts peak.
The company is adding a total of 3 new solar panels to the solar panel series: the Niwa Super, the Niwa Pro and the Niwa Black.
NTOPCon
All three products use Jolywood's latest generation NTOPCon solar cell technology and have a module efficiency of 22.1 percent.
Jolywood introduced the Niwa brand at SNEC last year and showed the second generation of the products last week. Zhifeng Liu, deputy general manager at Jolywood, said the new generation has made "significant improvements" in both solar cell efficiency and module technology. ‘Our second generation Niwa products have the core advantages of “3 high and 3 low points†namely high efficiency, high bifaciality, high reliability, low degradation and no light induced degradation (lid) and low temperature coà «efficient.’
