Dutch and Flemish importers of solar panels state that the shortages of solar panels and inverters, caused by the outbreak of the coronavirus, have been resolved in the period April-May.
A month ago, the editors of Solar Magazine reported that wholesalers and importers disagreed about the possible impending shortage of solar panels . While Chinese manufacturers are now back at work - production has resumed at 84 percent at the top 10 solar panel manufacturers - Asian producers, in turn, are now concerned whether the demand for solar panels from Europe will not comes to a standstill as more and more nations lock down their countries.

You can think of brands such as Longi, JA Solar, Trina Solar and Jinko.
The full black mono solar panels are still available everywhere, but there is no abundance. We have spoken to a number of different distributors and manufacturers and they can easily store their stock and would like nothing more than to sell stock to their existing customers. The average price of mono full black solar panels is 0.24 cents for a 325 WP solar panel, which amounts to € 78.00 per solar panel.
You can think of brands such as Leapton, Longi, Sharp, Jolywood and other TIER 1 manufacturers that are for sale with us.
New techniques
Many new types of solar panels are currently being produced. This has to do with cells that are larger or other cell technology that is applied that allows you to achieve higher returns.
Because larger cells are being used, various factories have to participate in this renewal of their production lines, so that older products are offered at lower prices.
You also see a number of new manufacturers emerging, such as Jolywood. Jolywood is a manufacturer that uses N-type cells, with these cells you can make higher power solar panels.
N-type solar cells
N-type solar cells are better than P-type, but they are still a minority of what is on the market. Of course, that's due to cost: It's more expensive and a bit more complicated to make N-type solar cells. Well-known N-type manufacturers are LG-Solar, Sunpower and, for example, Panasonic.
However, manufacturers such as Jolywood are not sitting still and can now produce the same solar panels as LG solar, for example, but for a much more attractive price. Jolywood solar panels will soon be available from us.
