PowerAssist
The MultiPlus-II serves as overload protection from a limited AC source such as a generator or shore power. Initially, the battery charge is automatically reduced to prevent overload. If the overload persists, the MultiPlus-II will take secondary action by boosting the generator or shore power with energy drawn from the battery, relieving the strain on the limited AC source.

ESS: Energy Storage Systems
The MultiPlus-II serves as the central component in Victron’s Energy Storage System (ESS), offering versatile integration with MPPT solar chargers or grid-tied PV inverters. For specific examples and comprehensive information, please refer to the ESS (Energy Storage System) manual.

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
During a power outage or when the shore power or generator power is disconnected, the inverter integrated in the Multi quickly steps in and seamlessly takes over power to the connected loads. This transition is so fast, in less than 20 milliseconds, that computers and other electronic devices remain operational without any interruption.

Remote Monitoring and Control
When paired with a GX device such as the Cerbo GX, you gain the ability to monitor and manage your Multi and system(s) either locally (LAN) or remotely over the internet from anywhere in the world using the free VRM app and VRM portal website. Access is available via a variety of devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and PCs, across multiple operating systems. The level of control is virtually unlimited, from adjusting settings on your Multi to automating tasks such as starting a backup generator and much more.

When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.
Are there any costs for returns?
Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.
What warranty applies to the products?
Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
