Description

The Sync Energy EVWC2S22GGR is a smart Mode 3 EV charger designed for high-power AC charging of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids with a Type 2 connection. This model features a Type 2 socket with auto-lock, providing a flexible charging solution for users who prefer to connect their own charging cable.

Delivering up to 22kW from a three-phase 400V supply, the charger offers configurable charging current up to 32A. Smart functionality is managed through the Sync Energy App, with Wi-Fi, LAN and 4G connectivity, OCPP 1.6J support, over-the-air updates, Auto Solar Charging and Tariff Sense energy management functionality.

The EVWC2S22GGR includes integrated safety and installation features such as built-in PEN fault protection with earth disconnection, integrated 30mA Type A RCD protection with 6mA DC detection, overload and fault protection, and a supplied load management kit. Its UV-stabilised polycarbonate enclosure is rated IP65 and IK10, making it suitable for reliable indoor and outdoor installations.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
