Description

The Solis S6-EH3P50K-H is a 50kW three-phase hybrid energy storage inverter designed for residential, small industrial, and commercial PV installations. It supports both DC and AC coupling for flexible retrofits and system expansions, with a maximum PV input power of 100kW and four MPPT trackers managing up to eight input strings. The inverter achieves a maximum efficiency of 97.8% and features a wide MPPT voltage range of 150–850V.

The S6-EH3P50K-H integrates seamlessly with Li-ion battery systems (150–800V), supporting two independent battery ports with a maximum charge/discharge power of 55kW and current of 140A across both ports. It provides intelligent load prioritization for critical loads, battery reserve management, and UPS-like backup capability with grid transition times under 10ms. The inverter also supports multi-unit parallel operation up to 500kW and integrates optional diesel generator or wind power inputs.

Key features include a 7-inch industrial LCD display with Bluetooth and app connectivity via SolisCloud, integrated arc flash detection (AFCI 2.0 optional), comprehensive protection (anti-islanding, DC reverse-polarity, surge protection Type II), IP66 ingress rating, and intelligent fan cooling. Operating temperature range is −25 to +60°C with a maximum altitude rating of 4000m.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
