Description

The Masterplug EVC22328SL/CASE is a Mode 3 EV charging cable designed for safe and reliable charging of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids with a Type 2 connection. This model features an 8m Type 2 to Type 2 cable, providing additional reach where the charging point is further from the vehicle.

Rated for 32A single-phase charging, the cable supports charging power up to 7.4kW, making it suitable for home, workplace and compatible public charging points. Its robust construction includes connector protection caps and a UV-resistant cable, helping to protect the product during regular indoor or outdoor use.

The EVC22328SL/CASE is supplied with a carry case for clean and practical storage when not in use. It is weather-resistant, rated IP66 when connected to the vehicle and IP65 when not in use with the end caps fitted, and complies with EN50620 and IEC62196-2.

When will my order be delivered?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
