Description

The Masterplug EVCM3BT7BR is a basic Mode 3 EV charger with an integrated 5-metre Type 2 tethered cable, providing a practical plug-and-charge solution for everyday electric vehicle charging. It is ideal for residential and light commercial applications where a fixed cable offers greater convenience and ease of use.

The charger delivers up to 7.4kW on a single-phase 220-240V supply, with configurable charging current from 6A to 32A to suit different installation requirements. For safety, it includes an integrated Type A RCD with 30mA AC protection and 6mA DC detection, together with built-in PEN protection and earth disconnection.

Designed for durability, the EVCM3BT7BR features a black UV-resistant polycarbonate enclosure, IP65 protection against dust and water, and an IK08 impact rating. Dynamic load management is also supported via a load management clamp, helping to balance EV charging with the available electrical capacity of the property.

When will my order be delivered?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
