Description

The Masterplug EVCM3BS7BR is a basic Mode 3 EV charger designed for simple, reliable and cost-effective electric vehicle charging in residential and light commercial installations. This model features a Type 2 socket with auto-lock, making it compatible with electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids using a Type 2 charging cable.

Delivering up to 7.4kW from a single-phase 220-240V supply, the charger offers configurable charging current from 6A to 32A, allowing the installation to be adapted to the available electrical capacity. It includes integrated safety protection with a Type A RCD, 30mA AC protection and 6mA DC detection, as well as built-in PEN protection with earth disconnection.

With its IP65 weather-resistant enclosure, IK08 impact rating and UV-resistant black polycarbonate body, the EVCM3BS7BR is suitable for indoor and outdoor installations. It also supports dynamic load management using a load management clamp, helping to prevent overloads and balance EV charging according to the available electrical capacity.

When will my order be delivered?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
