Description

The Gotion ESC-R125-261-CE is an all-in-one industrial and commercial energy storage system with a nominal capacity of 261 kWh and rated power of 125 kW. It features LFP (lithium iron phosphate) cells in a 1P52S×5 configuration with a charge/discharge rate of 0.5C at 25°C, delivering over 8000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge. The system operates across a voltage range of 728–936 V and achieves 99% power conversion efficiency.

The cabinet unit integrates liquid-cooled battery packs with intelligent temperature control, supporting operation across -30 to +50°C (with derating above 45°C) and altitudes up to 3000 m (with derating above 2000 m). The IP55-rated cabinet is fire-resistant (1.5 h) with multi-level electrical control and aerosol fire suppression. Dimensions are 1120 × 1350 × 2420 mm; unit weight is 2.6 tonnes.

Remote operation and maintenance capabilities include cloud-side coordination, remote monitoring, early warning, fault analysis, and software upgrades. The system supports modular, multi-machine parallel deployment with Modbus and MQTT communication protocols over RS485 and dual Ethernet ports. Certifications include GB/T36276, IEC62619, IEC62477, IEC61000, UN38.3, and UL9540A.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
