Description

The GW60K-SMT-G20 is a 60kW three-phase string inverter designed for small and medium-sized commercial and industrial (C&I) applications. It features 4 MPPTs with 2 strings per tracker, supporting a maximum input current of 21A per string and 150% PV oversizing for optimized energy yield. The inverter achieves a maximum efficiency of 98.8% and European efficiency of 98.3%.

With a compact weight of 42 kg and exceptionally quiet operation below 50 dB, the inverter is well-suited for noise-sensitive installations. It includes integrated safety features such as PV string current monitoring, insulation resistance detection, residual current monitoring, and AI-driven AFCI 3.0 protection. Optional features include PID recovery, I-V curve scanning, and power supply at night.

Communication is supported via RS485, WiFi, LAN, and Bluetooth with Modbus-RTU (SunSpec compliant) and Modbus-TCP protocols. The inverter is wall-mounted, IP66-rated, operates across -30°C to +60°C, and features integrated DC surge protection (Type II, with Type I + II optional) and Type II AC surge protection.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
