Description

The GoodWe GW3000-XS-30-4 is a compact, lightweight single-phase string inverter rated at 3000W AC output. Part of the XS G3 series, it features 1 MPPT with 1 input string, a maximum input current of 16A, and operates with a maximum efficiency of 97.6%. The inverter supports multiple communication protocols including RS485, WiFi, LAN, and optional Bluetooth, enabling smart home integration and remote monitoring via app and web interfaces.

Designed for silent residential operation with natural convection cooling and noise emissions below 20 dB, the unit measures 306 × 218 × 119 mm and weighs 4.6 kg. It includes comprehensive protection features such as PV string monitoring, insulation resistance detection, anti-islanding protection, and AC/DC surge protection (Type III standard, Type II optional). The inverter operates across an ambient temperature range of −25 to +60 °C and features an IP66 ingress protection rating.

The GW3000-XS-30-4 accepts DC input up to 600V with an MPPT operating range of 40–450V and a low 50V startup voltage. AC output is single-phase (220/230/240V L/N/PE) with a maximum output current of 13.7A. Optional accessories enable power export limiting and 24-hour load monitoring capabilities.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
