Description

The Enphase IQ9N-A-INT is a high-powered microinverter designed for the latest generation of high-output PV modules. With a maximum apparent power of 427 VA and support for input power up to 600 W, it delivers optimal energy production per module while maintaining industry-leading reliability standards.

Featuring integrated Stäubli MC4 DC connectors and Enphase AC connectors, the IQ9N-A-INT provides fast installation with simple AC cabling. The unit offers European weighted efficiency of 97.44% and incorporates patented Burst Mode technology for increased energy yield. With low-voltage DC and rapid shutdown functionality, it meets the highest fire safety standards and qualifies for up to 25 years warranty when paired with an internet-connected IQ Gateway.

The microinverter is compatible with existing IQ7 and IQ8 systems in specific configurations, enabling seamless expansion of solar capacity. It operates across a wide ambient temperature range of –40°C to 65°C and uses natural convection cooling with no fans.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
