Description

The ECO-E101WX is an all-in-one air-cooled energy storage cabinet that integrates long-life LFP battery, balancing BMS, PCS inverter, active safety system, smart distribution, and HVAC cooling into a single unit. The system enables long-term operation with safety, stability, and reliability, and supports AC side parallel connection for flexible capacity expansion.

The cabinet delivers 100 kW rated output power at 400 V with 87% maximum round trip efficiency. It features fast 1P charge/discharge capability, diversified monitoring access via local HMI and remote APP/web interfaces, and optional DC-DC modular expansion for PV integration.

Built with LFP cell technology and rated for over 5,500 cycle life, the system is fully tested with optimized thermal management maintaining cell temperature differences within 6°C. It operates across -25°C to 55°C with IP55 ingress protection and includes fire suppression via aerosol system.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
