Description

The BYD Battery-Box Premium LVS 4.0 is a modular lithium iron phosphate (LFP) residential battery with 4 kWh usable energy capacity. It is designed for flexible expansion up to 256 kWh total storage by connecting up to 64 modules in parallel, with maximum six modules per battery tower and up to 16 × 4 battery towers per system.

The unit features cobalt-free LFP chemistry for enhanced safety and longevity, IP55 rating, 65 A continuous current capability, and round-trip efficiency of ≥95%. It supports both single-phase and three-phase low-voltage inverters and offers off-grid/backup functionality. The battery includes CAN/RS485 communication and integrated battery management with built-in patented modular plug design requiring no internal wiring.

Dimensions are 478 × 650 × 298 mm, weighing 45 kg per module. The product comes with a 10-year limited product and performance warranty covering retention of 60% usable energy or minimum throughput energy, whichever comes first. Base, cover, and BMU are sold separately.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
