Description

The Aiko Neostar 2P+ is a 470W dual-glass solar module featuring N-Type ABC cell technology with 108 half-cut cells. It delivers 23.6% module efficiency and is designed for high-performance energy yield in residential and commercial installations, with consistent performance under partial shading and high temperature conditions.

The module features a robust dual-glass construction (2.0mm + 2.0mm coated semi-tempered glass) with black anodized aluminum frame, providing excellent protection against moisture, microcracks, and UV exposure. It measures 1757 × 1134 × 30mm and weighs 24.2kg, equipped with MC4-Evo2 connectors for standard mounting compatibility.

The module is backed by a 30-year linear performance warranty with first-year degradation of ≤1% and annual degradation from year 2–30 of ≤0.35%. It carries IEC Class A fire rating and is rated for maximum system voltage DC1500V with front static loading of 5400Pa and hail resistance to 35mm diameter at 23 m/s.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?
