SolarEdge Nexis 3-Phase Inverter

The Nexis 3-Phase Inverter is a three-phase hybrid inverter for residential PV systems, with 8–20 kW AC output. It supports up to 200% DC oversizing and uses silicon carbide semiconductors. Its IP65-rated design includes integrated backup power and a built-in DC surge protection.

The inverter is designed to work with a modular lithium iron phosphate battery. The battery is built from 4.9 kWh blocks that click together without additional wiring, and each block has its own battery optimiser. The inverter is a single multirange device that covers all power classes up to 20 kW.
