Maxge E50-15D 150kW DC Fast Charger

The E50 series is a DC fast charging range offered in 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 and 240 kW versions. The 150 kW version corresponds to the title of this product, E50-15D. The series operates over a charging voltage range of 200 to 1,000 Vdc and has two CCS2 connectors, which can supply full power to one vehicle or share power between two vehicles through load balancing.

The units are designed for installation against a wall or back to back, as they do not require rear ventilation. Ethernet and WiFi are included, with optional 4G. User authentication options include RFID, QR code, password or an OCPP-compatible application, and an optional payment terminal can be added. Protective functions include overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, residual current, ground fault and overtemperature protection, plus an emergency stop button and CE certification.

The series includes dynamic power management and load balancing with respect to other loads in the installation. The published protection ratings for the series are IP55 and IK10, and the series supports communication over CAN, RS485 and RS232 for supervision and energy management system integration.
