Opis
The GoodWe GW5000-SBP-20-2 is a single-phase, 5kW AC-coupled retrofit battery inverter designed for solar energy storage and backup power in residential systems. It operates with 48V Li-Ion batteries and features UPS-level switching under 10ms, making it ideal for seamless grid transitions during power outages. The inverter can charge and discharge at up to 120A, with a maximum output current of 22.7A.
This retrofit solution is installed on the AC side of existing on-grid inverters, enabling system upgrades without replacing the primary inverter. It is compatible with GoodWe Lynx Home U and BYD LVS battery series, offering a wide battery voltage range of 40–60V. The unit includes an integrated energy meter (GM1000D) with two current transformers and integrated communication via WiFi, CAN, and RS485.
Built to the highest safety standards with integrated residual current monitoring, anti-islanding protection, and AC surge protection (Type III), the GW5000-SBP-20-2 delivers 95.5% maximum battery-to-AC efficiency. It is wall-mounted, IP65-rated, and operates across –25 to +60 °C with natural convection cooling.
