GoodWe GW20K-ET-4 20kW Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter

The GoodWe GW20K-ET-4 is a 20kW three-phase hybrid inverter designed for large residential and small commercial or industrial applications. It features high-voltage battery connection with a nominal voltage of 500V and a wide battery voltage range of 200–850V, making it compatible with various energy storage systems including the GoodWe Lynx Home F.

The inverter is equipped with 2 MPPT trackers with 4 inputs, enabling efficient solar harvesting and flexible string configuration. It delivers a maximum AC output of 22kVA to the grid with a maximum output current of 33.3A. The GW20K-ET-4 integrates comprehensive protection features including Type II DC surge protection, AC short-circuit and overvoltage protection, reverse polarity protection on both PV and battery sides, and optional AFCI functionality. Smart control capabilities include integrated dry contact for external load activation, peak shaving for demand management, and remote shutdown via WiFi/4G connectivity.

This compact wall-mounted inverter achieves 98% maximum efficiency and 97.5% European efficiency. It includes integrated LED interface with WLAN and app support, operates across a wide temperature range (–35 to +60°C), and carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
