Enphase Q-25-RAW-3P-300 Three-Phase Extension Cable 300m

The Enphase Q-25-RAW-3P-300 is a 300-meter three-phase extension cable designed for use with Enphase Q-Cable systems. It features 2.5 mm² copper conductors with double insulation and is supplied without connectors, making it ideal for installations requiring cable runs longer than standard pre-terminated cables—such as bypassing roof obstacles like dormers or skylights.

The cable is rated for 250 VAC at 25 A ampacity and is UV-resistant, certified to RoHS, OIL RES I, and CE standards. It complies with IEC 60332-1-2 fire safety requirements and operates at a maximum temperature of 90°C wet/dry. Cable connectors (male or female, single- or three-phase) must be separately fitted to each end of the extension cable to connect to microinverters.
