Carlo Gavazzi CTA6X400A5A Split Core Current Transformer 400A/5A

Split core current transformer designed for retrofit applications and energy monitoring. The CTA6X400A5A manages a primary current of 400 A and delivers a 5 A secondary output, with a 1 meter cable included. The compact design features a 36 mm hole diameter and is rated IP20.

This current transformer is suitable for use with Carlo Gavazzi energy meters and enables simple, accurate amperage monitoring in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. The opening/closing mechanism allows fast installation without disconnecting existing cables. Three units are required per energy meter.

Rated to EN 61869-2 Class 1 accuracy, it operates across -20 °C to +50 °C and carries UL and CE approvals. Material is PA66 with a weight of 275 g.
