BYD LVS Connector Set 35mm² Cable (Male + Female)
BYD LVS connector set for 35mm² DC cables, comprising male and female connectors. Designed for safe connection between inverter and battery systems compatible with the BYD LVS Battery Box. Includes sealing gaskets, support sleeves, and heat-shrinkable sleeves for weatherproof assembly.
Installation requires hydraulic crimping of the metal terminals to the cable core (20 mm strip length). Qualified clamped terminals achieve a minimum pull-out force of ≥2300 N. Unconnected cable ends must be protected with sealing caps.
