Job description

As an Administrative Employee at Smart-NRG Group, you will perform a diverse range of tasks, with a focus on administrative support and HR-related activities. You are assertive in this and easily deal with change and enjoy taking on ad hoc tasks in our growing company. This role also offers opportunities for growth to a position as Controller.

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative tasks, such as processing incoming and outgoing documents, project administration, archiving and data entry.
  • Assist in performing financial administrative tasks, such as processing invoices, accounts receivable management, further maintaining financial data and supporting the monthly financial closing.
  • Support with HR-related tasks, such as managing personnel files, drawing up employment contracts and coordinating recruitment and selection procedures.
  • Contribute to improving administrative and HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and professionalism.
  • Opportunity to get involved in financial analysis and reporting, with the aim of growing into a Controller role.

Profile

  • HBO level of education with a completed MBO-4 or HBO education in a relevant field, such as Administration, HRM, Business Economics or Finance.
  • Some experience in administration and/or HR is an advantage.
  • You are accurate and have an eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Interest in finance and willingness to grow into a role as Controller.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Exact and MS Office.
