Zaptec 900-00175 Mode-3 Charging Cable Type-2 32A 22kW 5M

This 5-metre Mode-3 charging cable from Zaptec is designed for electric vehicle charging with Type-2 connectors on both vehicle and infrastructure sides. It supports 3-phase AC charging at 480 V with a rated current of 32 A, delivering up to 22 kW charging power.

The cable features crimp-terminated connections (cannot be disconnected), with a cable structure of 5 × 6.0 mm² + 0.5 mm² for optimal current delivery. The connectors are rated for more than 10,000 mating cycles and have insertion/withdrawal forces under 100 N. Operating temperature range is −30°C to +50°C with IP44 protection rating both plugged and with protective cap.

Compliant with IEC 62196-2 and VDE approval, the cable uses Cu-Alloy contacts with silver plating and TPE/TPU outer sheath (colour configurable). Rated signal contacts provide safe communication between vehicle and infrastructure (30 V AC, 2 A, CP and PP signals).
