Tongwei TWMNH-66HD625W is a 625W bifacial N-type monocrystalline solar module featuring half-cell technology and TOPCon cell design. The module is rated at 40.96V nominal voltage and 15.26A nominal current with 23.1% efficiency.
The panel uses bifacial design to generate additional energy from reflected light on the rear side, and incorporates half-cell configuration to reduce shading losses and improve mechanical strength. It features edge passivation, multi-bus design, and high-precision stencil printing for enhanced performance.
The module is constructed with 1.6mm tempered front glass and semi-tempered rear glass with aluminum frame. It withstands wind loads up to 2400 Pa and snow loads up to 5400 Pa, with operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
