Solis S6-GC100K-AFCI Three Phase Grid-Tied Inverter 100kW

The Solis S6-GC100K-AFCI is a 100 kW three-phase grid-tied inverter designed for commercial and utility-scale solar installations. It features 10 maximum power point trackers (MPPT) with support for 20 input strings, delivering maximum efficiency of 98.7% and EU efficiency of 98.3%. The inverter supports a DC/AC ratio greater than 150% and accommodates string currents up to 21 A, making it well-suited for large-current bifacial modules.

Built with safety and intelligence at its core, the S6-GC100K-AFCI includes integrated arc fault circuit interrupter (AFCI) protection to proactively reduce fire risk, IP66 ingress protection, and intelligent string monitoring with smart I-V curve scanning. It features a transformerless topology with intelligent fan cooling, operates across a wide temperature range of −30 to +60 °C, and supports remote firmware upgrades.

Communication options include standard RS485 and optional Wi-Fi, GPRS, and power line communication (PLC). Optional features include nighttime PID recovery to increase overall system yield. The inverter meets grid connection standards G99, IEC61727, EN50549-1/2, and VDE4110, with comprehensive protection against DC reverse-polarity, short circuits, output overcurrent, and surge events.
