The Pylontech A300-HY is a modular lithium-ion (LFP) energy storage system designed for commercial and industrial applications. This 219 kWh configuration includes the battery cabinet with integrated hybrid inverter support (50–100 kW), rated at 400 Vac 50/60 Hz output. The system operates at 0.5C continuous rate with up to 180 A maximum operation current and achieves 96% round-trip efficiency.
The cabinet features air cooling, operates across a wide temperature range (−20 to +55 °C), and is rated IP55 with C3 anti-corrosion protection. It supports multiple operation modes including peak shaving, energy shifting, self-consumption, and backup power. The system is highly configurable, allowing parallel connection of up to five units, and includes flexible AC power output from 50 kW to 500 kW depending on inverter configuration.
Key features include fast response time (<10 ms on-grid to off-grid), communication via RS485 MODBUS RTU, LAN MODBUS TCP/IP, or CAN, and long cycle life exceeding 7,000 cycles. The system is certified to UN38.3, UN 3480, IEC 62619, IEC 62040-1, VDE 2510-50, UL 1973, and UL 9540A standards.
