The Masterplug EVCM3SS7B/EU is a smart Mode 3 EV charger designed for reliable and efficient home charging of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids with a Type 2 connection. This model features a Type 2 socket with auto-lock and a black UV-resistant polycarbonate enclosure, providing a clean and practical solution for residential EV charging installations.

Delivering up to 7.4kW from a 220-240V single-phase supply, the charger offers configurable charging current from 6A to 32A. Smart charging functions are managed through the Sync Energy app, with connectivity via Wi-Fi, LAN and Bluetooth, allowing users to monitor charging sessions, manage schedules and optimise charging according to their energy requirements.

The EVCM3SS7B/EU includes integrated safety protection with 30mA Type A RCD protection and 6mA DC leakage detection, as well as integrated PEN protection with earth disconnection. Supplied with a load management clamp, it supports dynamic load management and solar charging functionality. Its IP65 weather-resistant and IK08 impact-rated enclosure makes it suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.
