The Enstall FlatFix Fusion rear wind deflector is a mounting accessory designed for flat roof solar installations. This 1900mm unit is suitable for panel lengths between 1830–1970mm and mounts on the long mounting elements at the rear of solar panels, providing simultaneous earthing.
Made from Magnelis ZM310 steel (1.0242 S250GD), the deflector features a 0.75mm thickness and is engineered to reduce wind-induced loads on flat roof systems. Installation involves securing the deflector behind the raised edges of long mounting elements using 6.5 × 19mm mounting screws through the earthing adapter, with careful overlap of successive units along the row.
The FlatFix Fusion system is a lightweight, innovative solution from Dutch manufacturer Enstall (founded 2004) and includes a 20-year manufacturer warranty.
