The Batteryshelter is an outdoor enclosure for residential battery energy storage systems, manufactured from Magnelis® steel to provide exceptional corrosion resistance. The unit is powder-coated in Copper Brown (RAL 8004) and complies with ISO 12944 C3 corrosion protection standards, allowing it to visually blend with residential façades.

Designed for wall mounting a minimum of 30 cm above ground level, the enclosure features perforated front and side panels for controlled airflow and smoke ventilation during thermal events, with integrated DEHN K12 equipotential bonding for safe earthing. The shelter is IP44-rated, IK10-certified for vandalism and impact resistance, and wind-tested to hurricane strength.

The unit accommodates a wide range of residential battery systems (LG, Enphase, BYD, Huawei, SolarEdge, Pylontech, GoodWe, Growatt, Sonnen, SolaX, Sungrow, Blauhoff, Dyness, SigEnergy and others). Physical compatibility requires battery width ≤ 93 cm and height ≤ 144 cm (depending on depth).
