Position: Website Manager & Order Handler: As a Website Manager & Order Handler you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our online operations. You will play a crucial role in managing the website, fulfilling orders and organizing shipments for our valued customers. Responsibilities:
  • Daily management of the Search4Solar website, including updating product information and optimizing the user experience.
  • Handling customer orders, from processing to shipping, with attention to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organizing shipments in collaboration with logistics partners and monitoring deliveries.
  • Handle customer questions and problems proactively and professionally.
  • Contribute to improving operational processes for even better customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to take on cross-functional tasks and support the team where necessary.
Profile:
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Independent working attitude with the willingness to take on new tasks.
  • Affinity with sustainable energy and solar energy products.
